What is a coach?
A person who can be a human BEING in its true sense, BEING, to move from being HELPFUL to being USEFUL to Coachee,  by creating awareness around the situation on what and who, recognise the strengths and help choose options to move forward holding themselves accountable for their success.

Why did you first become interested in coaching?
To help people realise their true potential(visible and hidden).

Which leader (past or present) do you look up to and why?
Nelson Mandela, for his visualisation, beliefs and values.

What do you think is the most interesting trend in coaching today?
People now understand that, everyone needs a Coach to maximise their capabilities.

What one book do you recommend to anyone you coach (and why)?
“My journey”, write down what contributed to your own success story and feelings at that time and what are you feeling now?

What is the most important skill or attribute that you think a successful leader must possess?
Being able to accept who you are and adapt to the situation. Using Situational Leadership in its true sense.

What factors, do you think, make for a great coach?
Being non judgemental and empathic listening.

What is the most difficult challenge you face as a coach?
Coachee’s not attending sessions at regular intervals.

What advice do you have for anyone who’s thinking about becoming a coach?
Believe in immense potential people possess and help them unleash it.

Why do you think credentialing is important in coaching?
Coaching is a journey of transforming self and others, credentialing is a part of the process.

Why are you interested in training others to be coaches?
To realise my vision of transforming the world and help people to be happy, to partner with them to achieve  their goals; have more Coaches in the world because this is the need of the hour.

What do you think is the future of coaching?
Coaching is for all, not only for a selected few in organisations. Each one requires a Coach to use their full potential, it is just a matter of time, you choose the coach now or later in your life, but you need to choose for your betterment.
