Mr . Shyam conducted a workshop in our institution on “ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT” that I found extremely valuable. He demonstrated a high degree of expertise and his presentations were clear and immediately actionable.He also indulged us in many mind boggling activities which enabled us to understand working of multiple quarters in an organization. He was sensitive to others and clear on his concepts. In addition, his style was open and inviting to questions (and expressed appreciation for them) and willingly gave his time to responding to questions thoroughly.
